Having lived with dogs most of my life later joined a GSD dog training with police dog trainers. I fulfilled my ambition of owning a German shepherd dog from being a boy of six, when I purchased my first GSD in the 1980's at the age of 19. A lovely natured dog who loves every one called Tina. In the early 1990's I purchased my second dog Cleo From a breeder who spoke to me about showing GSD for breed shows exhibiting .So I when to take a look at a show going on about their looks and obedience. I found the obedience more to my test. I got speaking to one man who was in the show who happened to be a police dogman and I was hooked on "the showing of German Shepherd Dogs for obedience. I though back to chid days when I was only six when I use to see a police man with his GSD and how I asked him a lot of question about his dog, this went on for some years I stand there whetting for him to pass then it just ended? May be cut backs then to.I went on to win few shows with my dogs over the years in obedience with my dogs Cleo and Zoe and even some agility and tracking with Cleo. I am hoping to start again with my New dog's Petra and Nala Keep an eye on this page.
Nala did her
1st class today
27-10-10. She was very good kept calm at all times, not so
good on
the lead as yet. That will come when she use to me as well as
other, after all its been less than a week we been together. Nala done
so good with her classes that we be moved on. She now done her
1st kennel club award today 22/5/11 called The
Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme
